Hard water issues? Little brown spots on lower leaves

Hi there, I've got an issues with some spotting on lower leaves of my plants. They are 20 days old from seed and in 3 gal smartpots with 70% foxfarm ocean forest & 30% perlite.

I think that it has to do with my water... I've been feeding them PH'd and aerated tap water but the TDS meter I just got is showing that my tap water here is around 500 PPM... Super high, I know lol (I have a RO system on the way). The new soil they are in + this high PPM water I've been using leads me to believe that there is some sort of excess going on.

My plan is to give them a good flush with some store bought water with a very small amount of cal/mag or epsom salt. If anyone has any ideas of what the specific issue might be and a better course of action, I would be extremely grateful! Thanks in advance :).

The more research I do, the more it seems to be a Calcium issue! I bet there's a lot in my water already... been PH'ing right around 6.5-7 so I don't think it's a PH problem... Could a lock-out be occurring for any other reason?

They should have a water test sheet that's a public record for what's the ppms breakdown is. I would try and get a copy would tell you what water has.

Yeah, there is a report but it doesn't give exact amounts. My plants are super green and happy despite those little brown spots...I wonder if just cutting some distilled water with my tap water until PPM is 100 or so would be best to flush them with since they are already used to the water and thriving despite those little spots.
