hard soil

It's only on the top layer but Damn it's hard as a rock. Plant seems to be ok. I'm using jungle grow its the only brand my near by nursery carries so I got it. Wasn't going to order a big bag of soil to the apartments that I live in so I had to work with what I got. Anyone have this problem

What you are growing in would be a nice piece of info to provide, as well a picture

I looked em up. Are you using their water wise/tree and shrub/ vegetable or pure organic mix?

Vegetable. But on the bag it says nothing about tree or shrub.

They are out of Georgia, sure you didn't get a bag of red Georgia clay? Just Kidding

Haha that was funny. I'm pretty sure. I'm thinking about trying lady bug vortex soil. I would love to get more Fox farm or tga but tga is in hours away from me and so is ff.

Swap to coco. All the problems of soil go away
