Hard buds, lose buds

Just woundering why one day my buds are nice and tight and five days later there spongy and not tight at all.
Was it lack of water? Over done? to much heat? Help someone please it happen two years ago also.

Heat stress can and will make your buds stretch out and get airy/fluffy.

Agreed, and the more you squeeze and touch them the more the bud degrades...

Watered yesterday and this morning back to nice and tight!!!!YAAAAAA,I think it was from no water for 5 days.Harvest tomorrow,post pics.bigger then baseball bats..
