They have a line of like 5-6 dry soil amendments.
I think they are like fruit/flower, all purpose, one for vegging, one with crab shell, and like another one.


I'm sure they are plenty decent amendments. I really like Rainbow Mix Grow and Bloom though, but i've only used Rainbow Mix Bloom

Not to second guess you or step over you, but imo I wouldnt necessarially consider their all purpose a time released; excluding the fact that nearly all organic nutrients are technically "time released"

At the very least its definitely not "Time Release" like those little fertilizer balls that come in miracle grow soils and stuff.

Not that i'd suggest anybody actually use their all purpose for pot; but devils advocate: Some strains (ex, the White OG i'm growing) Really like extra nitrogen through like week 5. It would probably be pretty decent for a mother plant top dressing though


If your interested in trying some of their dry soil ammendments i'd suggest their fruit and flower

Happy Frog All-Purpose (5-5-5) is a slow-release formula that’s great for just about every plant.

That's what I read on the store page (not fox farms website). I see slow release, and it's just a big turn off for me.

For the same price you can just buy a bottle of big bloom, which contains the same exact ingredients without the fertilizers. Big bloom + molasses makes a fantastic tea blend.

I agree with all of this.

Also Ancient Forest from GH (i don't like the company, but i love ancient forest) with molasses makes a bomb tea :D

If you're looking for a good organic nutrient line, take a look at Dragonfly Earth Medicine. I've been really impressed with how my plants are responding, and the ingredient list and where it's sourced seems pretty legit.

they have geothermal pot pits in canada :D It lets them grow at like 65f through winter and summer.


If you watch their vids their also hippy as fuck, they talk a lot about how plants communicate with one another; i can't prove that they are wrong or right but it does prove that they are hippy as fuck!

I've used the happy frog in my outdoor grows and it worked pretty good. I saw all the good stuff in the ingredients and thought it might me good to add a tsp to a 5 g tea. I guess I'll stick with the motto, if I gotta ask, just don't use it. As for other liquid nutes, I have and use very little only thing left on the shelf is tiger bloom and some gh flora bloom. I doubt they are safe so they will stay on the shelf.

My mentor has been on a level like that. Plans his outdoor runs around lunar cycles. They are super hippy, which is why I trust their ingredient sourcing. All granular, in a Ball jar, no frills label. Cost $200 for the complete line that will last me at least 6 months.

I tried to get the stuff ordered into the hydro shop I used to work at. I'd love to use their stuff hah.

When your at the point where you can start following "folklore," It means you must really have your formulas set.

(again, their "folklore" may very well be the shit, i'm just a massive skeptic)
