FEEDING QUESTION:

These gals are over a week into 12/12 at this point. Do I need to start thinking about getting them some feed? They are in a mixture of FFHF and FFOF. Do I wait for them to show some deficiency or try to head it off before it happens? I have Botanicare bloom nutes I can use or I can make up some banana peel tea if thats a better option.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Day 44
Day 9 12/12

Kicked 2 of the small plants out of the tent and made more room for her to stretch out. That last little one will be out Monday morning hopefully and then they can have even more room to stretch out a bit.

She is loving the space. Bent a few fan leaves out of the way tonight. Are these actual flowers starting now on the plant on the right?

Definitely starting to finally flower :D The massive fan leaves keep popping up over the smaller bud sites. I will probably give it a few more days and keep tucking them. If they continue to block them, ill probably snip the biggest offenders and get rid of them.

That soil should be able to feed them good for a month or so.. after that i would start giving them alittle of something.. dont start blasting the bloom food yet.. just alittle of that as well.

So wait on the bloom food for the month? Or start that sooner before the soil tapers off, but just do it at a smaller dose?

I normally wait until the second to third week of flower to start giving them a good dose.
I mean you could now if you want.. it wont hurt anything..
With my stuff i keep feeding the grow nute until the 4th or 5th week along with the bloom nutes.. after that 4th or 5th week i stop with the grow/veg nutes and just use bloom food.. unless i seen alot of fade starting really fast.. then ill taper back up the gro/veg alittle..

Ok. They have not gotten any food whatsoever the whole grow. Just the FFHF/FFOF mix of soil. Fir the ease if keeping track of things, I will start a light dose of bloom food on day 15, the start of week 3 of 12/12. We will see how that does and go from there. Thank you.

Not much to report. I am always impressed when I supercrop a branch or 2 and she bounces back by the next day. She just keeps filling out and the flowers grow day by day. One of her roommates is getting evicted tomorrow and she will have her very own half of the tent. 20220829_182945.jpg
