Could these be used for a few hours in the evening when i bring my autoflowers indoors until morning. Was thinking maybe 2 or 3 hours to make up for the lack of daylight hours now? Can not buy any others atm..will they damage my leaves if kept at a sensible distant with a fan?

I ran a halogen bulb (to add a degree of heat) last winter along side my LEDs, I ran 24/7 during a cold snap.
When I switched the timer back on for the LED I forgot the halogen and it stayed on 24/7 for a few days.

The result was the plants trebled in height, the nice compact plants became so elongated I just cut them down for the compost bin.

So don't do it.

Just don't, on their own all they will do is elongate your plants.

Pick up a cheap hps or LED if you want to light them up in dark hours.

But do not use halogen on its own.
