Strain is bubba kush. Hairs started turning brown at week4, I am now at the end of week 6, and all hairs are brown, only a few nugs (under the canopy buds that don't get alot of light) have white hairs, i would say 99% of hairs are brown, shit, you cant even see most of them anymore. do these look done? it seems too soon.(they looked like they were done a week and a half ago) they are in an ebb and flow setup.
also should note, at about 4 to 5 weeks they looked their best, they almost looked done then, nice and swollen.Since then, they stopped growing. Now they look deflated, and alot smaller, allthough alot more covered in trichs. All trichs are cloudy, with quite a few amber stalks.

let them go till at least 8 or 9 weeks
I dont think they have been polinated. I havent ever had a male around them. One of the strains I ran from seed had hermi traits, but I chopped them all at about week 1.5 as soon as I saw balls. Every one of them went into the compost pile. I don't think they are seeded. Have not seen a single seed yet. Thanks for all the replys. I am glad t have conformation that its ok to let em go a little longer. and as far as nutes, they were getting nutes up until two days ago, then I flushed them real good with straight water two nights ago, they will go back on nutes for one more week, then a one week flush.
They are on GH 3 part flora, any suggestions as to feeding in the last week? you mention carb boosting, what would you suggest I use?
Thanks again.

well. I am at the end of week 7, and they look worse every day. I dont think there is a single white hair on any of them. I dunno what the deal is. I feel like I should have chopped them at week 5/6

Dude they look as done as any bud I've ever seen.

If you pay read a lot of posts around here, you'll find that no matter what stage your plant is in, people will tell you to "give it 2-3 weeks more". Its become the most common phrase uttered on Rollitup.

The pictures you posted show a plant ready to harvest, if you ask me. Go on your instinct, if it looks ready, feels ready, and if the trichomes confirm all those feelings, then by all means chop.

i would not put them back on nutes....just flush until u chop
and carb boosting....i think he means to use molasses of some sort
with the gh series u should be able to run 1 part micro and 2 parts bloom the whole grow
last poster....i never noticed the 2-3 week statement til now.....weird

Its no joke

You could put up a picture of a plant with spiky white hair and no trichomes, and the folks here will tell you "2-3 weeks then chop".

And on the inverse, we have delicious frosty red-haired nugs here, and once again the old mantra comes out "about 2-3 weeks dude"

I was forced to cut one of mine early cause it started showing hermie development on me. Cut at week 10, but it was white widow so still had a little longer to go. However turned out being good smoke.

Thank you all for the insight. I am wishing I would have went with my gut feeling and chopped them. And as for the size, I know they are tiny. Bubba kush is a tiny yeilder, but its soooooo good. Also the fact that they went straight to 12/12 with no veg time prob contributes to their size as well. next time I will be packing them in a lot tighter, mabye 100 on a 4x4.... if only it didnt have gigantic leaves.

yea man those buds look really snowy and that usually means the trichs are cloudy white, so those should be amber in a week or so and the buds will be a little darker as opposed to real white (i just say snowy cause im canadian and we get a lot of it)
