Had a false alarm emergency - Need cloning help!!!

So,

A plant that had just started flowering mode, about two weeks ago had to be destroyed. I had a false alarm and thought I had the police coming to my house (for a completely unrelated issue). The last thing I wanted was for them to smell anything suspicious and start poking around, so I ended up chopping my plant. :(

I placed the chopped marijuana stems in a garbage bag, and the bag was in my garage all night. It's like -3 where I am.

This morning, after like 12 - 15 hours, after the emergency was over, I thought I could rebuild and clone them.
I took like 6 clippings, dipped them in Clonex, then put them in my Root Riot cubes, and then placed them in the propagator. Then I sprayed it with room-temperature water, and placed it under my lights.

Do you think the clippings were in the garage for too long for this to take? Also, how long should I keep my lights running? 24 hours? 18 hours? 12 hours? This was a horrible incident and I'm really kicking myself for having to chop my baby down but...I had no choice.

Now I've replanted some seeds, but I'm really hoping I can get the clones off the ground. Any useful feedback?

That sucks man won't really help me. ;)

Looks like something I might be interested in (in the future), but for now money is tight. I can only work with what I have.

And all I have right now is the Clonex gel and the Root Riot cubes.

I'll probably end up buying the Superthrive later on. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're suggesting I spray on Superthrive as a spray supplement, is that not comparable to Clonex Mist?

I mean...I'm already using Clonex gel, so wouldn't it be more advisable to use something from the same makers, or am I falling into the hype?

Lastly, how often should I spray my clones with water?

I've got a heat mat but the leaves are all pretty much wilting. I also planted 3 more seeds in those Jiffy tablets, and one of them has already begun to sprout but as far as the clippings are concerned, it looks like they wont make it. I'll wait for 2 weeks before I scrap anything. I have the digital thermometer on TOP of the propagator (not inside) to measure the temp (30.4) & the humidity (32%). Not sure if my digital thermometer should be outside the propagator or inside. I'm afraid that if I put it inside, the humidity will probably short circuit itself, because of the moisture (don't forget, it is digital). I've taken some pics so you can see how they're wilting.
