went out to check on my baby's and picked one up and there was an ant pile underneath!!!! maggots and all. i took it out of the

pot and basically had to re soil the whole plant. re-potted it in a 5gal pot. i noticed the other day her stems were starting to

turn purple so i hope there isnt to much root damage. re-potted the other 2 just to be safe and moved them to a new spot.

anyone ever recover from something like this?

Purchase Superthrive ~$10. I would mix a quarter of a cap in a 5 gallon bucket of water and apply mix onto soil. I ONLY use it for Sick, Sad, or Transplanting Plants... Happy Growing

I had them in my soil at the base of a big plant.. she didn't show any signs of distress. Do the plants seem upset? I am sorry I can't be more helpful. I will ask some old timers and get back to ya.

I use a cap of supertrive per gallon....it's like impossible to kill a plant with supertrive....I accidentally knocked over an open jug right under a 3 foot plant last year, made it wilt for a few days but bounced right back and and was in like super veg but it turned male:( that sucked to ripe it out
