Im building an aero/hydro system & need a little help in the math dept... How does one go about calculating pipe diameters?? if I have a container which has 14 sprayers (Typical microsprinklers from Lowes) spraying at 10 GPH each (140 GPH total) into it, how large of a diameter drain pipe do I need to be able to handle that volume of flow? I want to use a 3/4" pvc because it's the easiest solution given the fittings that I have available, but I'm not sure if this would handle it.
