gypsy nirvana seed boutique, ripp off?

I just ordered several different seeds from gypsy nirvana seed boutique. All orders say "declined CC hold" but the money was taken off of the prepaid visa I used. I ordered 4 days ago and am feeling ripped off, does anyone have an experience like this or an idea of how to get my money back?

have you emailed them and asked their opinion on it?
maybe they have had experience with this happening before.

good and bad things pop up on SB
i did 2 cash orders this year, both went through fine

I would contact sb directly. Could be a problem with the prepaid cards address verification or something along those lines.

If you can't get an answer from seedboutique you can always try getting contacting gypsy through icmag.

Best to just IM him on ICmag forums. I hear its a bitch getting in contact with anyone over there by email.
