That is what I did also but only one cracked and no tails I must have got a bad pack .. still will not buy from them again they do not answer the phone nor the emails I sent in before the voice message i left
I dont know how these guys are still operating. No customer service, no physical person to contact, no working phone number, its like a third party of a third party, no promotions, no deals. I feel bad for anyone you signs up for their member package. No new seeds, half of the site doesnt work. Last time i reached customer service via email, they were still working on the issues with IT. Because it obviously takes over 6 months for IT to fix things and still have no progress. They are just a mess right now.

That's a real bummer. How long did you give the seeds before you gave up? I contacted GYO about what my five free mystery seeds may be by using the ticket process on their website. After a few days they did get back to me stating that they had no idea other than they were random and feminized. In their defense I did select my issue as a low priority. If you haven't already try taking out a ticket as a last ditch effort.

I recently ordered from them; took about a week from the day I ordered before delivery; it came from within the US. I used bitcoin as payment, when I did try to contact them to ask if they had X in stock, they responded quickly. I was paranoid it was a scam, but turns out they are totally legit.

Do not buy from GYO - many have been ripped off by them
Stolen Credit Card number, unauthorized transactions
Stolen cash if you send it through the mail!!!!

I know of at least a dozen people ripped off
Maybe most of the time you'd be OK - but lots of people have been RIPPED OFF by them!!!!!

There are LOTs of other places to buy - SAY NO to GYO !!!!

Been waiting for 6 months for my seeds. Found out someone at post office must have stolen them and signed for them as they never arrived to me. So I did as they said and got all the information needed for a replacement seed pack. The post office confirmed the seeds "must have been lost" as the post office does not want to take claim for their employees stealing. Back to gyo seedbank. Since I provided the information needed ( they did zero work on their end to help me with this) I have had to call internationally through my cost. Would have been locally for them.now they will not return my emails. Calls go right to answer machine. Totally ignored where as when I wanted to send them money for seed they were right on response within 24 hours every time. STAY AWAY AT EVERY CHANCE YOU CAN. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SEEDS. I HAD FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CARD WITHIN 24 HOURS OF USING THEIR SITE AS WELL WOTH NO OTHER ONLINE
PURCHASES IN THAT TIME FRAME

I legally grow for clients who have medical licenses for cannabis. They specify the strain and I order the seeds. Prior to my first (and last) order from GYO I inquired if seeds could be shipped in original breeder packs and was advised it would be. I subsequently reaffirmed this 3 times in emails. Instead my seed arrived in blister strips. Subsequent correspondence with GYO was a joke. They said the so-called stealth (nothing stealth about it) packaging was for my benefit. I have placed at lest a dozen orders with various seed banks with no interceptions to date. Now, I definitely do not trust the seeds are authentic. Unfortunately, I paid with Zelle and cannot recall the payment.
When I initially attempted to pay with credit card payment was unsuccessful. An agent from my bank was on-line with me while I was attempting payment and stated it was being blocked because the bank's registration is in Nigeria. I then stupidly paid with Zelle. No doubt GYO wants you to use a payment that cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Buyer beware.

These guys have a very attractive website, looks like they use this to suck people in. I never ended up making a purchase and choose JBC instead. That was three years ago. I credit this forum with pointing me to a great domestic supplier. I can't see any good reason to buy from someone overseas at this point. Everytime I order from JBC I have my beans in hand in no more than three days.

I placed an order with them. I was under the impression they were a US based company. Hopefully I receive my gear in its breeder pack.

I literally signed up just to post about this garbage place.
  1. They say they accept CC but you have to save your CC on their website before you order. There is no option to put it in at the end of your order. I put in a ticket to inform them of this after i ended up paying them via google pay and they ignored what i said in my ticket and just processed my payment.
  2. For TWO WEEKS they didn't do diddly with my order so i put in YET ANOTHER TICKET
  3. After 3 days they finally changed my order status to complete even though they never gave me a tracking number and didn't formally respond to my ticket yet again.
  4. This place is incredibly incompetent and although their websites search ability functions well the rest of it obviously doesn't.
  5. After reading several comments it seems really hit and miss. If one thing is wonky with your order they've likely forgotten about it already.

Have they updated their phones yet? Every time I tried to call was a joke. I've gotten a handful of beans from them that had started to hermie in mid-late flower, but I can't blame them 100%, too many factors on my end could have caused them to shoot nanners too. Most of the beans I have received from them turned out to be pretty good in the end. No way to tell you're actually getting what you ordered, but they do label them in a blister pack. You'll probably get your beans in a few more weeks. Good luck!

had 2 good orders in the last year, good seeds, all germed, grew great..... this last order just rcvd was a clusterfukk, had to send them snips of the cleared check to confirm pymt?? and the seeds looked old, prev 100% germ, now not even half.... i'm looking elsewhere......

Looks like that they changed USA site and now want larger orders of a single strain. I have to find different bank:(
