dont flush with ff man worse thing u could do leech all the nutes out of it then it would be just plain old ff shit or it straight into your plants best option i could give is take em out of that crud and put them into some seed raising soil for about 2-3 weeks then straight into some coc be honest i would wast my piss on ff soils

ok man i get it you dont like FF.

Just water as normal -- a little bit of runoff, with distilled water. You definitely need to let her dry out a bit though.......at least a week.

It'll bounce back man.....the best thing you can do right now is leave it alone and be patient. Step 1 is letting that soil dry out.

Edit -- These other guys have some sound advice too......just different styles, that's all. Good luck.

Ok guys I know exactly what I did wrong... I'm kind of embarrassed but whatever I'm learning.

Know how it says 2tbsp per gal? So I had 3 gal buckets... 6tbsp went threw the plants!!

Sigh I feel like such a noob for sure... Sigh dude was right it's a dam fire in that soil! Plus other guy is right. I need to flush PH water. I know it will stress the plant. And I'm open for options but that is the only thing I can think of.

Don't bash me for being noob just I man up and know my mistakes.

UPDATE!

Got home today and giving plant 6.5 PH water with small amounts of grow big and plants color is coming back in the yellowing leaves.
Maybe the Nitrogen is helping plant take up the right amounts of things?

anyone?

My plant is in ocean forest and looks great, wouldnt recommend it for seedlings though. Bad advice to say its no good.

Also, alot of soils already have nutrients so you dont have to add any for a few weeks. Youll see the bottom start to yellow..For example, if you use coco coir you use nutes right away

Good morning everyone!

I dont like to leave a thread just hanging i see alot of that on here..
So update 5-9-15

Unwine99 it seems due to lack of time to do anything else except your advise it is working! Look at the photos the green is coming back nice!
Yes i know the soil is super wet i just watered with 16oz of water 6.5PH.

NOTE tho here guys
I did not think about this either i checked the PH levels of the distilled water i am buying! the dam test cup looked like blood! the PH levels were RED! somewhere around 4.0 or below!! I did not even think to check because i thought its distilled water what can go wrong? haha after reading alot yesterday i said F-it im checking everything and found this out. NOTE to self check every Gal of water before it even touches your plant.

This is exactly why you should always mix in gardening lime with any soil you use. It makes mistakes like these more forgivable if not completely moot.It also saves the need for distilled water. I have always used strait, un PHd tap water and never had a problem.
