It's impossible for Police to protect people if the people they purport to be protecting, are under automatic threat when it comes to funding the Police. That's a protection racket.

Would I like security in the neighborhood ? Yes, but that service can be provided by people who don't first threaten to assault you if you don't choose them as your protection agency and go another route.

I like libraries and would consider going to one that is funded by willing customers, as long as the rate is known upfront and people who don't use it aren't under threat for failing to pay them.

Speaking of grocery stores, they seem to exist just fine in a free market competitive market without threatening customers who don't use their particular service and happen to chose another grocery store. Imagine if grocery stores operated the way you think things should. You'd end up paying for food, whether you went to that store or not, gee how could that go wrong?

Yes you are welcome to join me with @Rob Roy lunch date with mom. She has been through a lot raising this POS who has become very disrespectful towards her. We will show her that all sons are not miserable POS like hers has become. We can take her to the park as well because Rob never would, due to " taxes ". Just make sure every female you bring is over the age of 18. Like no daughters or grandchildren. Would be nice to treat all the females on this lunch day, but we know Rob and the mooch might show up, so no kids allowed
