Ok, I had tons of trouble finding cheap fixtures to connect my CFLs to a wall socket and also ways to add extra CFLs to a fixture. After hours of searching I found out where to buy them for cheap and I'm here to share with you because it would've saved me tons and tons of trouble.
Hope that helps
- Connecting a bulb to a socket. You can attach these to an extension cord or a power strip to power your bulb.
- Adding multiple bulbs to a single socket:
- Securing your bulbs and socket to outlet. If you have your bulbs hanging from a wall or from the ceiling, you are obviously concerned about them falling out of the socket due to the weight of the bulb. Secure them with cable ties:
- 40W CFL bulbs. A step up from the 23W you find in your typical store. I think it's the perfect size for a grow. 6500K color temperature for vegging and 2700K for flowering. Use them both (1:1) for both phases.
Hope that helps
