Found out some not so good news this afternoon. I'm not able to get any indoor starts going this year at my place and had a friend who was going to get my Northeast strains going for me so I could sex them out by mid May but that just fell through. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now. I have been offered clones come May if I want any. His Dad lives with him and it's his Dad's little operation and he told me there isn't any extra room. He's going to find out what strains he's running and let me know. This is a potential wrench in plan A.

Well Ruby Fruit peaked my interest in the Black D.O.G. strain. So after having to switch my game plan around I decided to add it to the arsenal for this year. I got a Dinafem OG Kush freebie as well to add to the 3 I already have. So plan B is 5 Black D.O.G., 4 Dinafem OG Kush, 1 Bubbas Gift, and some combination of the Dr. Krippling's Incredible Bulk, Heavyweight Fruit Punch, and Amherst Sour Diesel. The Sour D will be a late finisher but I would love to run one of them. I have the 2 707 Truthbands as well but I think they are staying on the shelf. I have a far away spot that I'm going to run some combination of the Northeast strains. I don't have the luxury of getting them started indoors and sexed out so I'm leaning towards to starting 6 of the Island Afghanis and 6 of the purple pineberry x sea level, saving a male of each and making some seed.

Well things are finally underway. I've got 5 Black D.O.G., 4 Incredible Bulk, 1 Heavyweight FP, 1 Bubbas Gift, 4 Dinafem OG Kush, 6 Island Afghani, 4 Stumbleweed, 2 Purple Pineberry X Sea Level, 1 Getaway Lemon Skunk, and 3 Maniac Crack. The Northeast regular seed strains will all be going in the same patch and won't be getting as much care as the 15 feminized that will be going in 15 gallon smart pots. Hoping for a nice male out of the Island Afghani to dig up and move for pollen collection. Might do that with a Stumbleweed as well. I'm just waiting for the weeds to get a little taller before setting up my smart pots. The Northeast strains might go in the ground this weekend.

Getting things in order to get my grow on. I've got 14 different strains to work with. I have the pleasure of working with some quick finishing and mold resistant strains from the Northeast of which the names will be recognizable to some around here. I've got 5 Dr. Krippling Incredible Bulk's, 5 Heavyweight Fruit Punch, 3 Dinafem OG Kush, 2 Humboldt Seeds 707 Truthband, 3 Humboldt Seeds Amherst Sour Diesel, 1 Humboldt Seeds Bubbas Gift, 1 Dinafem Critical Jack, and 1 Heavyweight 2 Fast 2 Vast auto. All of the above are femenized. Then on the other side of the coin I'm working with Island Afghani, Sea Dragon, Maniac Crack, Stumbleweed, Getaway Lemon Skunk, and PurplePineberry X Sea Level.

I've got 2 spots picked out in the bush for the feminized seed. I doubt that I pop all of those beans but we will see. The Incredible Bulk and Heavyweight FP will go directly in the ground when they reach approximately 6 inches in height. The other site I will be using 15 gallon smart pots. The quick finishing mold resistant seed from the Northeast will be done in corn fields via 15 gallon smart pots. It's looking like the Corn is going to be put out early this year if the weather does as they are predicting. So if the corn harvest comes a little early I will be able to move those plants. Not sure how many of those I'm going to put out yet.

I'll probably be using Kellog potting soil and most definitely MaxSea for veg and flowering.

This is the landing I spoke of. A creek is just behind me that will provide water the entire grow.

She's looking nice. The last thing I got started were my 4 Dinafem OG Kush and only 1 has popped. Think I'm going to break out my 2 707 Truthbands from HSO and maybe another Incredible Bulk. I was contemplating trying some Blue Dream when I ordered seeds in January. It's so hard to decide when the choices are infinite.
