Hi there, I'm very new to the growing thing, but basically I was trying to find a suitable place to grow only one or two lowryder #2 plants. I live with parents so I think the garden or window is out of the question. Would people notice a lowryder growing in a hedge row? Any ideas that people have I would really appreaciate if you could share them with me.
Thanks.

I don't think widow is a good idea but lowryder is sposed to be real short so maybe put in a small pot and outside where people don't travel often, or get on your bike and go to some field but make sure it gets light im not sure about the lowryders light needs though

First... a couple questions, 1) Do you have neighbors? 2) How close do they live to you? 3) Is this your only option?

How do they run? Think about shade it will block your plants from light at about with shade.Have you made sure this is the best spot. I bet you could get away with it. Just make sure you are careful and stealthy.

Hey thanks every one for your help, really appreaciate. I have neighbours but they can't see directly into the garden but were selling the house fairly soon so were bound to have people looking round the garden! The trouble is is finding a place that is open (not shaded) but also very descreet. Unfortunatley the two don't often go together. Does any one know how much light lowryders need? Thanks again. :)

lr2 will use as much or as little light as you give em, if she gets 4 hours of direct sunlight a day i wouldn't expect more that 8-10 grams dry. it's hard to give advise as to where to plant em, not knowing anything about your area. figure they may top out at 3 feet, this is a buffer for ya, find a field with some bushes scattered around, one with random plants shooting up, the more distractions for peoples eyes the better. it's gunna be a 10 week grow so take the other plants around into consideration.

there gunna flower no matter what, so your spot can be anywhere you choose. your choise will affect yield, try to find a place with 6-7 hours of direct sunlight.

Hmm thanks again for your help everyone, it probably wouldn't be too bad later on but I'm hoping of planting in april and everything will be pretty bare, so it is likly to stick out. I've just had an idea of digging a 1 - 2 foot deep hole in the ground and planing inside that, just lowering the profile of the plant. Do you think that will work? Thanks again. :)

your not really gunna have to woory about your plant being spotted, unless it's right out in the open, for the first three weeks it's not gunna get more than 6-7 inches tall, and it will stay relativly compact. as far as the hole, it could work, but holes are more obvious....... hey whats that hole doin in the middle of this field?..... not to menton that it will reduce the amount of light your plant gets, the walls of the hole will block the light that comes in at an angle.... morning and evening light, and morning light is most important..... not to mention when it rains your hole will erode, possibly covering your plant.

i have walked past my own plants and not noticed them.

What do you think about putting the plants inside a laylandie (not sure how it's spelt lol) hedge. No direct sunlight but a constant indirect amount. I'm not looking for a large yeild just absolute stealth! Thank you very much for all your help.

if you want ultimate stealth............

go get some of these bags, cover all the holes on the sides with camo duct tape, find a tall pine tree, take it 3/4 of the way up the tree and fasten to the trunk in a spot where it will be hard to see from below (right above a branch). these bags are big enough for lr2 (they don't really need more than a gallon of dirt.) you may have to tie down a little so they don't shoot out the sides, but it will be very difficult to see from the ground.

i wish i had smoe pics of when i did this, i did it not even a block from the city police station where i live....... i could see the shop while watering at night.
