Growing under low light

ok so i have two plants under a 250w hps , one is a critical jack auto and the other LA confidential .
my plan was to grow the auto under 18/6 along with the LA on veg . the critical jack is nearly on its 9th week and still only pre flowers , i've changed the light schedule to 16/8 and i've had a bit more growth in the pre flowers but not much difference , i might need to change it to 12/12 but i don't have enough room in my grow area to have two flowering plants with 9 weeks of veg.

i need to know if i could take out the LA con from the grow box and have it out in my bedroom with just natural light and a 45w cfl and a 15w cfl?

does anything happen to plants when there is not much light given in veg?

Under so little light it will start to stretch looking for more light. I'd me more interested in keeping the LA con happier than the auto, it's going to be that plant that will bring you more yield and a better smoke in the end. Jmo.

Yeah your talking really low lumen numbers with those 2 CFLS even with extra natural light. Maybe invest in some t5s or led or more cfls....good luck
