Hey there, I’m having a small issue with one of my autos. It’s receiving the same treatment as other plants in same environment but behaving far differently. There is 3 other plants That are all happy but this dude has been sad for almost 2 weeks now. Still growing but just growing sad. It’s a northern lights auto growing in 20L pot in coco. The other 3 are different strains but all autoflowers, all planted same time, same nutes etc. does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is here? I’ve tried a few different things but nothing seems to help.

It looks over watered but that would be rare in coco... but how often are you watering? When does it looks its best? Before or after nutrients, before or after water, morning or night?
That is also what I thought, overwatered but I tried to isolate that and let him dry out a bit but it make no real difference. I’ve also tried to monitor when it’s the most happy. So currently watering schedule is once daily at the beginning of lights on. Possibly seems marginally better after watering. But not hugely noticeable. I just want to get it sorted out before it begins flowering

How long do you let it dry out for?
At the moment? It’s 24 hours between watering. I tried to leave it for 48 and that was no help, then I also tried to leave it for 72 and that didn’t seem to help either. So now I just have it on the same schedule as the others which is once a day at the beginning of lights on

I think its over watered, definitely looks it, leaves heavy/fat with water. I've had to let mine dry out 5+ days before recovery from over watering before but that was in soil... Maybe someone else here has experience with over watering in coco that can weigh in.,

In soil, that would be watering way too often. You need to soak the soil and then let it dry completely out, so that you can pick up the pot and it weighs almost nothing. This can take at least three to four days or longer, depending on the size of the pot, temperature, ventilation and the type of pot i.e. plastic or fabric.
The roots need to get air more than water to get enough oxygen, and if they are constantly watered they are drowning in waterlogged soil and never getting air for oxygen.
With plastic pots, drill plenty of quarter inch holes in the sides of the pot at least half way up the side of the pot. That will help to dry out the soil and get air to the roots as soon as possible.
But that is in soil, maybe coco is different.

The root system may be lagging on the one.
As @Driver733 mentioned, I too would let it dry out until it almost starts to wilt.
Those are kinda big pots for coco. I run 3gal max.
No experience with autos.

Are you watering to a 10% runoff? Coco is very prone to salt build up.
Check your runoff ph and ppm too for more clues.

U can add 3ml per litre of hydrogen peroxide to clean out any bad bacteria and when it breaks down it releases pure oxygen to your medium.
I did it recently in my veg and it helped massivey

What are you using for a light and how close is it?
I just had the same issue with one of my autos that I'm running now. I had just switched lights and it was adjusting. I had also the beginning of a calcium deficiency but that was unrelated. Mine was also just starting to flower like yours. It's recovered over the last 10 days since.

I water/feed/fertigate everyday.
I’m using a LED quantum board and it’s about 15inch above the canopy.
I do have this but I’ve never used it in that quantity, is 3ml per litre ok? That seems really high to me
Yes I would say 20%run off roughly.

Yeah, that seems way too close to the canopy to me. I have the SF-2000 and I have kept it 18" above the canopy with great results. I just switched to flower under the HLG 550 V2 Rspec and I've got the light at least 24" to 30" above the canopy, after they are finished stretching I should have just about 20" left under the light and I may have to dim it if that is not enough.
I would raise your light to 24" for a week and see what happens. If the light was the problem, they should respond within a few days.
I had a couple clones I put out in sunlight yesterday and it was too strong, they wilted in a couple hours. I put them back in the dome under weak light and they perked right back up.
Also, it's been really hot in most of the country recently, how are you controlling temps and humidity, are they getting plenty of ventilation?
