I have tent with a window fan in it, no exhaust is going out of the tent. The humidity levels where I live are very high right now. Yesterday's humidity was 96 percent and the inside of my tent was 78 percent. I went and got some damp rid for rvs and a small one for just in case. I don't know how they are doing, but I hope that they get rid of the excess moisture. I have just induced flowering. I went 1 1/2 months veg with 400 watt MH and these beauties got more than half the size of the tent. I had to induce flowering. I have read and read that bud rot can occur if the humidity levels are over 60 percent and if the damp rid doesn't work with a ti o2 and uv dehumidifier in the tent, what can I do to get rid of the humidity levels in the tent? I will not let bud rot occur. I have read that serenade fungicide works and that you can eat right after it, but what does it do to the buds and will it make you sick after ingesting it buy either eating it in edibles or smoking it? I need something safe and accurate that will let me consume my medicine without harming me in the long run.
Also, as others suggested a dehumidifier will work wonders. You don't need to keep it inside your tent, outside will work as long as you have an exhaust fan. You should also have some sort of standard fan inside your tent helping with air flow. You can find these at WalMart for under $20.
