Growing in winter questions

I'm doing this grow with 4 13W CFL's in the winter. Its cold so i have a box, a heating pad in it on the bottom covered in foil, a rack to hang the lights, its all covered in aluminum foil, and i have a top to put on it and a vent in one side of the box to let fresh air in/out. Anybudy have any idea on how far 4 13W CFL's can take one plant?

That should be plenty, I have a 33w CFL Over one plant and it seems to love it!

you are way under lighted with one cfl... At least go get a 100 watt one to go with it...

no idea but if u get a couple 23 watters 6500k they will add heat to you setup.

T5 fixture with 4 bulbs will do the trick in veg and in flower
