Ok so im goignt to grow outside and dont want to use the soil from the ground. So I was thinking that i could use these big ass plastic bags to put soil in then put into the ground. My question is can i use plastic bags instead of pots? Like just put soil into a plastic bag, poke holes in the bottom for draining, then put the bag into the ground and start.

no prob. i've always used buried buckets but this year i'll be using bags too! can't reuse them but they will be much easier to carry. :)

i'm only going to poke some holes with a rake. just enough to let the rain water leech out - if we have any rain this year!
