Growing in (L)4.5'X(W)4.5'x(H)6.5' (20 square feet) tent. How many plants can I grow?

Got a 20 square foot tent 4.5 feet by 4.5 feet by 6.5 feet high. How many plants (all indica) can/should I grow to yield at least one pound? I want to do 14 max, but I still think even that's pushing it. I'm growing with the Pro-Grow 400 LED light in fox farm soil using fox farm nutes, carbon filter/scrubber, fans, blower, blah blah blah.. In ideal conditions, how many plants should/can I plant to yield a pound? I'm doing all autos. NLXBig Bud, NL Blue, Blue Mystic, Whiteberry, Bubble Gum, and a few others.. Thank you for your time.

that depends on the strains youre using. research their traits and characteristics to find out growth pattern/potential. that will give you an idea of your limitations on plant population.

There are many different answers for this, but since I like larger plants I would grow four and veg for six weeks (depending on strain and stretch) and bud under 1000 watt hps. You shoul get a pound fairly easy. If you like smaller plants do eight with a three week veg. A good idea if you don't know the strain well is to research it and find out how she grows. You can also grow extra and use the best ones if they don't all fit. It's better to have fewer plants than to have them squished in, unless your doing SOG, but that type I do not have much experience in.

my tents the same size except its 7.5 feet high. I use a 1000w hps air cooled. I run 4 plants and pull around 20 ounces.
its gonna be hard for you to get over 1g per watt with that led unless you really have things dialed in.
I would say get an additional Led, your tent could handle it.
