I would recommend a call to the local police department to see how they interpret it. I think a greenhouse grow is not "outdoors" but I'm not the one with the gun and badge.

Right on medshed I grew, last year same spot no problems same setup just a little bigger greenhouse this time around I'm only growing one plant so hopefully the durban poison isn't super smelly strain

What ordinance are you referring to Timewalk? I've grown in my yard in Jeffco for the past three years and havent had an issue yet, but you can't see it lol. I tried researching Jeffco laws, and never found anything so I assumed it was alright.

the stubborn old man grew a six footer in his jeffco back yard and he only has a 3 foot chain link fence keeping him from plain view of a busy street and a church. I think the real reason they want to ban outdoor growing is the police do not want to deal with the night mare of recovering stolen meds. I mean how could you really prove that dried said product was from your wet plant in your back yard etc?

That makes sense Ivtokerr. I have heard the state doesn't like outdoor grows, but if you can do it discretely I would think it would be ok. It has to be out of the view of the public, that's for sure. I had a buddy that got his plants ripped off by the Xcel tree trimmers, not too much you can do when that happens. Keep it secret keep it safe.

Hey bobsstory182 the ordinance was for Arvada where i live
bans all commercial grows and medical shops About a year ago i called
pd to get better insight about the law on outdoor grow laws as i was a red card
holder at time and they started asking for my address didn't give it to them
and they straight up said NO so i was wondering with the new laws if there
will be a hassle growing 1-3 plants in a locked green house

I guess that is the problem with asking the cops for help. They are trained liars when it comes to pot laws. Who knows if they were lying to you before. Maybe the DA's office would be a better place to check.

My favorite one is "put these on, it's for your protection."

Here are a few photos and a small update
I put the Durban poison plant in the ground in
warm greenhouse i pondered at keeping it in
the 7 gallon pot but was only a matter of time
before it outgrew the container
The hole where plant was transplanted is
good size 2x2 and at least 2 feet deep
so hopefully roots can grow deep and freely

Very nice sir. My neighbor grew the Poison out in his backyard last year (no red card or nothing lol - dude has serious huevos). I've had that strain grown inside and outside, outside was head and shoulders above the inside grown IMHO. You going to journal the grow in this thread? If so, I'm subbed for the ride if you don't mind.

Btw, that hole looked like a beast to dig bro.

That's gonna be a monster plant! Please do keep us posted. My outdoor plants for this season are only about 4" right now...
