growing in a 8'x8' building

Ok here goes, I am planning to start my first grow in an 8x8 building. I would like to know how some of you seasoned guys would set this up. I need a veg room and a flower room, what size would you make each. I have a 1000 wat hps but I have nothing for the veg room yet, any ideas. And what kind of system would you build for the flower room. I am planning on building instead of buying. Any and all help will be helpful thanks.

i have a 8x8 with 2 1000 wtts and ialso have 2 600 wats that are not in use yet. my room is a 8x8x8 has a mini ac in it, is co2 enriched, has a intake and a outtake. outtake is connected with a carbon filter which is inside the room. make sure to put outtake high up in room. btw get co2

I also have an 8x8x8 room that I have big plans for. This info is very helpfull. So split room
into two 4x8 rooms one for vegging and one for flowering right? Also what is the best lighting hps, mh, or both? And what lights for what stage? I plan to paint room with reflective paint and put in a 9 site aeroponics system. Also a good vent system. A little confused as to wether I need co2 or not??? Any info on what I can do to have a sucsessfull grow.
