Growing in 5 gal. Buckets

Anyone have any tips on growing in 5 gal. buckets?

soil or hydro ????


soil just cut holes for drainage and paint it black if its not already so no light gets in... i have used white and it did work though

Uhh i dont have a tip but i have info.
You can grow a 5 ft plant outta one.
Just drill holes in the bottom.

im growing a guerilla grow in the woods

sounds fun

just drill them drain holes use good soil and enjoy

\he's the original poster, so i think his comment was pretty relevant

just watch out for deer , i don't know where ulive , but my buddy grew outside once and deer ate like half his crops. they were almost finished budding to. he even set up a piss perimeter.

I would just dig a hole and backfill with compost and maybe some coco and sand if it needs it.
