I don't think 6-8 hours of sunlight are enough. When the time is changed:

18on/6off - 24on hours of light = used for vegatating = grows your plants without budding for a very long time. Use fluorescents, metal halide or a high pressure sodium or check out your location's rise and set's time on the internet. I think you need at least 16 hours, could be wrong. Stick with 18 hours on!! Grow until they're 2 feet tall, then flower! Or wait outside for winter ;D!

Do you have some kind of reflection around your plants in your room O_O?

Normal hours for budding (getting those fat buds) is 12on/12off. For example, 6pm till 6am the light you're using is turned off. Also, if the plant gets any light when it's asleep during the flowering stage, it might stress the plant into thinking about vegatating boo!! and stress the hell out of it. For indoors, high pressure sodiums are useful.

Read everything you can, only knowledge and experience will prevent failure! Maybe the pigs.,,
