Growing from Seeds, Updates (Pictures) (Help & Advice)

Ive got a few questions for you guys...

Is it harmful to switch nutrients now?
I'm running very low on nutes, like maybe another watering and that's it.
I was very interested in the Fox Farm line of nutes for soil, and have heard great things.
So could I switch to Fox Farm now on all the plants?
In Veg and in Flowering?

How long does it take for chlorine to evaporate from tap water?
I'm going to start using tap water to water cause its getting very annoying to wait hours to fill from a small foist.
Ive read once that if you let the tap water sit for 3 days the chlorine will evaporate.
I'm going to fill a 5 Gallon bucket and let it sit, then every 3 days ill fill 4 - 5 Gallons into Gallon containers.
Sound right?

Ill trim some sugar leafs and look tonight Ive got a 30x Micro Scope
I ran by the hydro store today and reuped on Soil A .2 - 0 - .2 & Soil B .1 - .1 - .3
I was using Soil A 2.3 - 0 - 2.3 & Soil B 1 - 1.1 - 3.6
I don't think it matters but I'm just throwing it out there
Just confused me 2.3% and now .2%?
Also picked up some Botanicare Silica Blast, Ill be adding 2.5ml to ease it into mix then 5ml after that

I got some pH calibration solution and found my pH meter was of by .4
It was reading 7.4 when it was 7.0

The girls got watered with some pH 6.3 water last night

I went through all 12 pages and read everything. All the pictures makes my mouth water for some reason.

I am not growing yet but I am looking to grow very soon. Is seed #3 going to bud soon?
