Growing close to home in a wooded area

Totally wooded area, left a bright yellow plastic camping steak in a tree and could not see it from any angles. It is in the middle of a heavily wooded lot of about an acre. No one is ever over there and I found a good spot for about 3 plants. Think it is worth it to toss them out there?

Indoors is great because you can control the lighting/flowering/height. I wouldn't recommend trying to grow there unless you feel very safe about the area and don't care about your seeds.

why not germinate them first and then transplant there.

iv'e found the hard, that if you germ outside its harder to control, im more of naturalist i love using the sun and rain to my advantage but young plants are a delicious meal to deer, i had 5 plants, one survived, as you can see in my avatar. If i were you i would germinate them using the paper towel method, plants them in some rock wool cubes with small planting pots, put them under either a fluro light for 18 hours light 6 hours dark, or if thats not availble find a spot on your own property and put them under the sun, depending on where you are, mind you if your in the northern hemisphere (canada u.s.) above the equator your a little late, its almost harvest time, if your below the equator then give 'r shit. once the seedligs have grown for a few weeks and show signs of good health and bounty then you can ransplant them outside, keep them in the rock wool cubes for about 2 weeks once they sprout, then transplant to either the ground or a 2 gallon pot, watering every 2-3 days, i dont like to use nutes my self but you do what you want.
Enjoy

Just remember that they need lots of light.

some growers prefeer all day direct sun, i find it causes heat strees and burns the plants easily, especially at a younge age, as they start to enter the veg stage increase there light intake, 5 - 7 hours of direct sun should do it, try to pick a spot with a southern exposure

Sounds like my grow area.Totally secluded. My 2-8 footers got ripped one week before harvest. Don't leave trails. GL

i ALWAYS take a new path into my grow area, that way the local foliage can repair and grow upwards limiting my presence, they dont call it guerilla growing for nothing

well next time you go take a soft rake with you and walk backwards gently bringng up the foliage, it only takes a day or two for a walked path to be upright agian unless of course you make the mistake of making a beaten path
