the time on a seed site refers to flowering time.
next question is when to start counting, I think most people start at the 12/12 flip.
it really doesn't matter if you count from the flip or when you start seeing sex, it takes what it takes, then another two weeks
Veg until the plants are a third to a half of what you are hoping for a final size. They will stretch in flower up to 200%
