sounds like he was being a criminal and bought his paperwork. maybe, maybe not? but this is the reason we are all getting harassed with a fine tooth comb.

"Later in the investigation, police learn Dawson had a licence to grow marijuana, but only 52 plants. Investigators also discovered he had a doctor’s certificate from Dr. Rob Kamermans, who now faces charges in relation to fraudulent endorsements of medical marijuana declaration forms throughout Canada."

"One year later, federal Crown prosecutor Jeanette Gevikoglu stayed the charges against the two alleged main operators because of insufficient evidence."

"The Crown is asking for time served while on bail and a $10 fine."

Anyone who was signed through Kamermans has issue to deal with.... sadly for some who couldn't find anyone to sign.

which is why anyone would get off in the end.

kamerman has not signed any paper work in yrs...I had to get another Dr to sign in 2013 as Mr Kamerman was unavailable. So I seriously doubt his paper work was legit.

Re-reading the article, seems he was charged back when his paper work was valid and courts only heard it now.

probably not, I was in the same scenario as flash. My doctor decided to continue signing my B form and now gives me 12 month notes. I'm excited to hear what happens in @doingdishes meeting with his clinic.
i spoke to the clinic. so you apply for the change-fill out the old forms (A, B, C or D, E and F if you need) send them to HC. keep the rejection letter. get CONroy's legal opinion on the sec 53. get the Dr to sign the sec 53 and then put them up at your new site. that's the information they gave me. as soon as the Dr signs the 53, you're good to go.

Did they speak like others are doing the same? thank god my doctor has been giving me notes to grow...Why speak to conroy? the advice would be the same for everyone...

they said that's what they are doing for people who need to move sites.
CONroy gave the legal opinion... I don't really care what he says though. he may hold weight in other circles but not mine!
