Growbox help plzzzz

hey,i am currently setting up a growbox 2m(W)x2m(H)x1m(D) and i wanna use this box to flower about 5-6 plants. I just wanted some help choosing a lighting system. I was thinking about a HPS setup but its lookin kinda costly so might have to use CFL, i just wanted to know how many HPS's or CFL's i will need and what wattages??? If anyone can help it will be very usefull to me.

a 400 watt or 600 watt mh would be good or get conversion bulbs so you can switch between MH and HPS

you can make hps or cfl work. shoot for 75 watts/square ft for cfl or 50 watts/square ft for hps
