I think im going to have issues because i dont have a exhaust fan. My question is how important is a exhaust fan? I have one inside the tent. But from how i see it the one inside would juss be moving around the hot air from the light? thanks for all the tips..

In a small space like a grow tent the exhaust friend can be vital. Depending on the size of your light it can be the first line of defense against heat. Sometimes it requires air cooling the light also. What size light are you planning to use in what size tent? Recirculating the hot air is no solution at all.

....and control humidity! You don't want mold or mildew...get a hygro meter...get an idea of what the numbers are hitting in there, max/min

a simple passive intake/exhaust setup can go a long way to knock down temps. even if you aren't hitting particularly high temps, its still a good idea as it will bring in fresh air that the plants need.
