I didn't like the way the clip-ons, clipped onto the side poles of the tent. It pulls the sewed seams tight and I could see a couple of light leaks.
This set-up gets the fan away from the tent's side walls.
I did a DIY write up at another site and thought I'd put it up here also.

Im probably going to use a larger gauge pvc and slide the supports through and then use reducers... maybe make a modulat tent mounting system? we should brainstorm this 
MAybe even a backbone for SCOG? using midbraces and pre stringed pvc! use baker rack rubber gromets so you can adjust the level simply..

what other site are you at? most of us have had it with fdd.. id love to go somewhere where there is this much posting and activity, without a fdd.

Yeah, I found a few oldtimers to learn from here.
The reason I picked on that mod is because of the all the people he has banned on here. He banned UB and then started posting different information in UB's threads.

Seems like from some of the threads that FDD has trolled even talking about him gets an infraction?? that's BS and sheer abuse.. there should be a retaliatory action you can take against a MOD. his definition of an insult is mentioning his name apparently! Sheer moderator abuse does put off people who just want some manner of fairness.. from the posts ive seen hes just abusive!

I started going over to a new site. It has just started up about a month or 2 ago. They are still small and working out the kinks with the Forum Software.
You have to join to see the forum posts, which helps keep Google out. The site owner allows users to delete their account if they decide they don't like it there. Attached pics have to be 800x600 or smaller but, he added a picture gallery (free) that can have bigger pics (<4MB) uploaded to and then linked to.
It's still new and has a smaller community of growers (and everybody seems to get along nicely) Uncle Ben's stuff is there........... Riddleme's stuff is there (site owner)

I did........ A Stoner Idea.... When I first thought of it I didn't know if they made a PVC corner piece or not..... Went to Lowes' stoned....... standing in the isle with pvc couplers laid out on the floor... (stoner)
BUT
I'm a Stoner........... maybe I saw something like it somewhere and didn't register until I needed something like it............. Nawwww...... maybe a previous life........... Yeah, that's the ticket....

Hey guys, Sorry to divert your converstion, but I figured this was the best place to post...
My husband and I are looking for a nice grow tent it needs to fit into a 87"x39"x81"(high) space. I'm having trouble sorting through all the infromation, so any recomendations or ideas would be apperciated. We're going to be using CFL lights and will proably only be growing one mother and one clone at a time.
I did see a post with a "new" tent that had mylar inside it, and clear windows and such, I could fit 2 of the small ones in the space (or for each plant) but I didn't find many reviews about it. We're growing in a place that can't have ducting all over the place, so we are also a bit concered about how to vent it (incase of gasses, or weed stank)

Depending on the space you WILL need some sort of way to move hot hair to another location ie hole in a wall or through floor ducting to another location....tents are tents sunhut make good tents.. go to your local hydro shop and check the quality of their tents etc... you may do well with a 4x2x6 it looks like a standing closet. skinny and long
you may want to do a cabinet instead...you can have the mother on bottom and clones on top or vice versa...
