Grow room

Hello guys, i have been growing successfully outdoor for some time, but its been really stressful, so now i want to build an indoor room. i live in the country side, and its pretty chill, the neighbors really dont care much.
i have a pretty big yard (roughly 100x100 meters), and it is fenced all around. What im planning on doing is transforming an old storage room, (2x2x2 meters or 6,5x6.5x6.5 feet aproximately), into a grow room. all the walls are made of brick and the floor made out of concrete.
it has a window which im going to seal completely, and one of its walls its missing, so im going to seal it too, also add a door, dont want to get stuck inside.
the cealing its made of that corrugated steel sheet, it has some leaks so ill seal it completly with polyurethane.
ill paint the walls and cealing with white sealing paint, so i have complete control over mold and humidity.
with regards of air flow, im thinking of adding some intake turbines in the cealing and some exhaust on the lower side of the wall opossite to the intake, as well of some floor fan. i dont know if that is enough or overkill. i dont really care about smells, because i dont have any neighbors close enough.
for lighting i want to use LED lights, all i could find in my country were some Viparspectra QB p2000, is 2 of this LED lights enough? it is that or ill have to resort to 2 600w HPS lights or more if needed. Really want to hear what you guys would do...
what do you think about this project, i think it is doable and not too ambitious, would you change or do anything differently?? give me your most honest opinions. ;)
(added a little sketch if i didnt explained well)

Sounds like a nightmare building.

You might want to use board insulation to insulate the inside of the walls and the inside of the roof. Then film inside that. Seems like it woukd be a lilt pricey to do... but worth it for stable temps. Will it be a sealed grow?
