Ok i would suggest getting that tin foil outta the pot, tinfoil will usually create hot spots and burn the hell outta ur plant if not taken care of, secondly deffinatly get some fresh air inside there, my first grow went south really fast because of the lack of fresh air, also consider possibly getting a co2 releaser in there if fresh air isnt an option for u... they are extremly simple to make and you will definatly see better results

forgot to add this but since u did say it used to be a cold room temp could be a problem for u, make sure its not getting to cold in there, although keeping the temp at the lower end from what ive been told will give u some very dense buds

im a new grower myself... but from what i hear aluminum foil isnt good.. and i had a couple cfls on two plants in one bucket which outgrew it so i had to switch but i had to 68 watt cfls about 4200 watts each and saw a noticable difference each day... i let it run 24 hours, and then i got a t5 light which is about 10,000 lumens i payed 80 bucks for it but for $119 from htgsupply.com you can get a 150 watt hps or 250 for more money but i believe the 150 is 16,000 lumens. and hps gives you more denser buds and cfls and flouros give you lighter and more airy buds. i ended up vegging my plants for a month and a half and putting them outside and their doing real good

im just saying because after i bought the t5 i was thinking i should have gotten the hps and it would have been more lumens for a little more money and i could use it through whole growing process instead of needing more light when plants get bigger and having to add more cfls.. also saves space because you dont have cfls going every which way and just one light instead of multiple but if it isnt an option cfls will good too

Drop that grill light about 2-3 inches away from your plant. Also. Take that tinny off definatley. haha that made my day. If you got a hps light you would have no problem with warmth.
