Grow room temps!

Hi, I just got my setup all done n seeds are in pots, one of em has broken ground n has two baby leaves. But anyways, my issue is that while the room window is open, my newer thermometer shows 26 degrees, but when window is closed it shows 28-29 degrees celsius. And I got an older thermometer on other side of tent at same height and it shows 28 celsius window opened n 31 window closed. Im puttin my trust into my newer thermometer and I was wondering that 28-29 degrees celsius is still good right?
also I wondered if my clip fan wud b better outside the tent blowing air in just in front of the tent flap?

My inline fan is behind the aircooled hood suckin the air n duct commecte to the fan that goes up the vent hole of tent

Lol. Asking us Americans for advice generally requires use of Fahrenheit, inches/feet, dollars....

We are lazy and don't want to do a lot of math to help.

Exhaust outside, not into the room your getting intake air from.
