Have you got 2 fans or just 1 for intake and exhaust? If you have a passive intake make sure its big enough, if its too small then the fan can't run at full capacity. A good way to check is to put your hand over the fan and open and close your door, if it feels like more air is coming out when you open the door then your intake is too small.

Other than that you either need another inline exhaust or intake fan, an air conditioner, a less powerful light or a bigger room, not a lot else you can do.

I would try using both fans as exhausts and cutting 2 more holes for intakes. Make sure both exhaust from either side of the room or one at top and one at bottom. Not sure what else you can do apart from getting more powerful fans or air con.

Get a real fan, and make sure your intakes are twice as big as your exhaust. what is the air temp of where your getting air? As long as your replacing the hot air with cooler air then your temps will drop. Are your intakes coming from the same place your exhausting? a pic or a simple drawing would help bunches.

You didn't say if you had a cool tube around the bulb to exhaust that air out of the room? If that doesn't help you will need supplemental cooling small window unit or a/c on wheels. Those temps above 85 are going to stress out your crop.

It looks like your intake and exhaust are right next to each other you need to have the intake bringing air in from the bottom of the room with of at the top it is just sucking warm air back in

a Vortex venting fresh air inside & a few holes strategically place as exhaust point could help a lot reducing heat
