Grow room ideas

Im currently building a 20X20X8 room from scratch, just started framing and im looking for ideas on how to set it up.I have a pretty good idea of how ill do it but i would be stupid if i did not take some time to hear from other experienced growers on what they would do.Id love to hear some ideas on size and number of flower rooms,1 10x12 or 2 5x6 w/a flipbox for example and also size and number of lights.I originally thought of 4 1000's but have been kicking around the idea of 6 600s also. The room(s)will be insulated very well from the harsh elements and climate controlled,A/C,co2 etc etc. There will also be a veg room with t5s and a small work, drying, curing area,so how would you split this 20x20 area up?I have been growing for years but have minimal indoor experience and i would really appreciate hearing from qualified indoor growers(If your growing one plant under a candle and hiding it from your mom you do not qualify, lol),I realize that many of you have been here before and i would like to take advantage of your wisdom and learn from the mistakes you made along the way.BTW ill be hand watering for now and growing in coco or soil as organically as possible.

veg room = 25%
flower room = 60%
cure room = 15%

roughly :)

lights - more wattage the better. but also consider amount of lumens

Try and decide how you are going to grow them, before deciding on lights. If your going to grow tall plants, use the 1000watters...if your gonna scrog or lst, I prefer more 600 watters. I can get the 600 closer to the canopy,

I will definitely be growing bigger plants as im limited on plant count and want to play by the rules at this point.

Is there any advantage to running the 600s vs the 1000s cooling wise? All lights will be air cooled and the room air conditioned and sealed.Im contemplating 2 smaller flower rooms vs 1 larger one that way i could run less amps by putting the ballasts on a flip flop. Also trying to figure out a/c needs,i know i need approx 4k btus per 1000 but also need to cool veg and the rest of the bldg, any thoughts on a/c would be helpful.I considered a mini split but have 3 or 4 different rooms to cool the most energy efficient way that i can.
