Grow problems 2011

Hi everyone,

How has this year season be treating everyone outdoor and indoor. I decided to start a thread about grow problems for 2011 where everyone can post their problems whether in or out for 2011. Maybe other can post some suggestion to help.

Aptus outdoor test

My Aptus nutrient program caused me to have a lack of space because of the large growth covering my outdoor area. Usually product do not live up to the hype but this one actually started off slow and then shocked me with the results. My mixture of soil (cocos, saphum moss and peat) and outdoor pellets caused a larger growth spur than expected in my mother brought outdoor.

Usual space

Usually I hold 5 plants but this time the size even with topping and taking clones seemed a bit heavy. I even threw away cuttings to manage the size. This is because I have an outdoor area of roughly 8 square meter with my five main plants taking up about roughly 1-1.5 meter square each. I train the height to be no more than 1.2 meter so the neighbours do not notice to much. They share the area with fruits, herbs and vegetables.

Trying to control the growth has been trying. The plants look lovely and can not wait to see some go into bloom soon. But never expected the product to work so well with just a little bit of start booster and regulator in the beginning to build roots. The next year, I will be better prepared as I will know the product ability.

In my other post on outdoor slow release fertilizer, you can see how close they have grown to each other. I am now looking for space to place my mothers or might have to build a room to flowering one or two off before the season changes.

The plant have gotten bigger since this picture was taken a week ago.

I should have done an update on this one too. I finally got some friends to finish them off as the plants got to be 1.5m up and around in the pots but due to the overlapping had to send some of by friends to flower. They were more than happy to help me out. The outdoor from Aptus worked great with a bit of beneficial fungi and bacteria.

Had some roots above the ground, nice and white. Will post some picture later on.

These are some pictures of the roots and stems in my gardens with Aptus. Managed to train the plants back to 1m in height and diameter by lolly-popping the plants and cutting back to make clones. One plant allowed mt to make 75 clones with ease. That was amazing......

Plan to place a few indoors by another location soon to finish flower. Will keep everyone updated
