Grew a dubstep this spring that was really nice to me. Took cuts of 2 little buds after harvest. They rooted so kept one. Have cuts off of it in plugs now. Going to run a couple and see what happens. There is a flavor in it that I have tasted in other stardog crosses that is nice on the tongue.

About 10½ weeks of flower. Could go longer but I'm worried about the potential of bud rot. Nothing has been found in any of the durban but did have a spot in a main cola of a zulu.

I have a pack of dubstep. I'm interested in the smell, Terps and high. Did you get pine smells? It'll be nice to see some updates on these when they finish.

I will keep you updated. I didn't notice pine, I would say it had a traditional weed smell. Nothing sweet, a little more floral and a bit of stink. But then another person told me it smelled fruity to them. We both have had the covid so I don't know anymore.

The taste I get that I like is sort of a light metallic flavor I really can't describe it.

Maybe neeed to do more reading to expand my vocabulary

The effect on me of the dubstep I liked has a light body numbing and a relaxed mind set.
But I need coffee with it to be motivated. However, once the body is in motion it stays in motion for 3-4 hours before needing a recharge

Down side is the extra motivation I need to get moving. But the relaxed feeling is good for sore joints

Yeahh, these are nice. Smells to me like a sweet solvent. The odor is making my eyes squint


So after breaking a bunch of this up, figured out what the smell reminds me if. At the track some high compression cars run alcohol, sometimes it has a sweet smell from an additive. That's the smell. Racing fuel sweetness

No shit, the odor is giving me a semi wood.


Even the stump buds are decent. Definitely recommend support of some kind if monster cropping. The buds are Heavy

I tend to get excited when anything makes it to the end without being totally trash. Like a new toy at Christmas.

And I mean the plant makes it inspite of me

Growing a plant is a humbling, ego busting experience that has been effectively positively altering my perspective in life. Patience with attention, hard for me to be consistent, but a goal for me is to slow down and pay more attention.

For some reason I always feel rushed and do not use time wisely in the garden.

Dubstep

Pre98 bubba kush × ON haze

The water only soil plants are clones of dubstep and a kwazulu for a mom. The water is ro at zero ec with 321 nutrients cut down to .2ec, soil is happy frog. Going to use the .2 ec water in bottom water pots with Budzbuddha's superbly laid out soil plan. Will try a tap water only later. I'm still gun shy of this straight tap water in containers.


Zulu in the 2×4, ½ gal pot, hot seating the 100% coco from previous zulu grow by up rooting last plants and sticking the plug right back in. Not saying that is the proper way,

Last grow of zulu was 1 feed per day. Towards middle flower the pots were so dry and light they were trying to fall over before the next feed and branches were sagging. This time the plan is to pay attention during flower and do 2 feedings with lower ec. Last grow maxed at 1.4 ec

Rosaberry so far out of 15, 4 females and 9 males. Clyde ate the males. I think the last 2 plants will be 1 each.

Going to keep 1 dubstep with the zulu for now. Might stick the other one in with the rosaberry if it ends up only 5 females.
