Grow Journal Season #3 White Widow x LSD

7-22 Today is the beginning of week 4 of flowering for my White LSD. Took me a while to finally get my journal going but, here it is. I started flowering after a month of veg. Right now just working with 125 watt 6500k fluoro, and 2 42 watt CFL's. The wattage isn't where I want to be yet (250 -300 range) but this is my first visibly successful grow so far, with top notch genetics. Shes been sitting in a 2 gal pot almost a month now. And as a grower I do not like to estimate but I'm looking at 1/4 - 1/2 oz yield for my tiny little grow, as a conservative estimate. Pictures going up within the hour. And as always I'm looking for constructive criticism =D.

You bred this yourself IM assuming? Howd you do? Who was the male and how many did you have?

No experience breeding myself. A local hydro grower has been breeding for a couple years brought me these buds, and some seeds. Never got the info on how he bred her, but from what I can tell the W.W. was probably the male. She looks considerably sativa, even at the small stature. The genetics could have used more back crossing through, some leaves have odd number of fingers. have some 3's and one sun leaf with 10 leads me to believe shes a big unstable genetically. This was probably one of his first breeding jobs. But when I tried the buds, they were INCREDIBLE for the North East, and immediately got my hands on his seeds. I plan to keep these genetics alive and mess with breeding a big myself, to bring out maybe a larger yielding phenotype. Thanks for droppin by btw PaulN'Chuck

As for nutes. I haven't done much experimenting this grow. During veg once a week she got VERY diluted 5-1-1 (NPK) Alaska Fish Ferts and 1tbls of Blackstrap molasses for trace nutrients and extra kick of K. Right now I haven't been using them through flower though I'd like to go back to some molasses and water to test how she reacts.

Why no nutes?
I use molasses through the whole flower cycle

She had reacted pretty badly last dose of nutes, with light spots all over her leaves, scared ur shot out me, I've had a mosaic virus in my grow too before, and that's what it looked like. Clearly it wouldn't have been nutes so, better late then never on the flowering nutes. Suggestion for a soil grower?

is it 4 weeks flowering or 4 weeks at 12/12? that one bud looks big but think it should be more along. here is my girl at 30 days. (4 weeks 2 days flowering 5 weeks at 12/12).. what set up do you have lights, how many? how far away, use stuff high in Phosphorous and low in nitrogen like a 5-10-5 5-20-5 (Especially if you are adding blackstrap)

I'm probably closer to 6 weeks 12/12 lighting. Yeah my main cola looks skimpy I'm expecting them to dense up later at week 8-10. Your girl looks excellent man, probably pumping out double my lumens. My lights are always inches from my plant, sides and above. My set up as of right now. (1) 125watt 6400K Flouro with a wing. (2) 42 watt cfl, 1 is 2700k the other 6500k. and one little 23 watt 2700k. Its not perfect, nowhere need the amount of light I want for a ..."profitable" hobby. But I have just recently lost my job so this right here is as good as it gets. Yup I know to stray further from N at this point, Phosphorous got it, thanks Zubey

i have 14- 23 watt 2700k CFLs.. and one low grade red spectrum grow board.. i too keep the ligjts like an inch from the plant. Your grow looks good.. nice and healthy i'm thinking its prob the genetics that pumped my girl huge like that.. its a clone from a top dispensary

Yeah, especially from a clone. shes gorgeous, what genetics? I'm thinking im going to keep her cloned for a while and mess with the genetics. Shes healthy but reaaaally low yielding, but this stuff is urban legend potent. I'll keep everyone posted. cutting another clone today
