Well the house i thought we had secured fell through/ sold.

Anyone in the Denver metro area know of a landlord who wants a young family for his tenants?
I am not picky on location really, just want to be able to grow and i can't buy a home right now!!!
Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jake

Good luck on that bud. All landlords put no cannabis cultivation in their leases. That ship has sailed of finding houses to rent for cultivation. The news station even put a story out about how damaging growing is to houses. They also told landlords they can deny mmj cultivation.

I will still hold out hope. There has to be some pot smoker who owns and rents houses. I am not easily deterred.

Thanks for the input.

I'm not sure what you mean, but judging by your name and avatar im guessing you are some how involved with the mob.
Id rather not lose a finger if i can't pay rent on time lol!

What the landlord doesn't know won't hurt them. Find a place with a spot for a tent or a cupboard.

Do you think many people in here that grow own their own home? Stealth, stealth, stealth.

I have no problem with stealth- i currently grow in a tent in an apartment and have 2 dogs to make sure no one comes in when I am away.

What i am looking for is big outside plants- i doubt i have the stealth skills to hide the trees i intend to grow. I would rather find someone who either doesn't care, can work with maybe an additional deposit for any grow operation damages to the property, or smokes cannabis and loves me for growing in his yard :-) i know, long shot on all 3.

Lol good one. I do know a landlord that doesn't put any anti-mmj shit in the rental contract. That said I hollered and she doesn't have any vacant properties presently.

CraigsList made me aware there is a market for grow houses, and it is pretty pricey.
I will watch it like a hawk though. I can't believe i needed someone on a forum to tell me what search term to use... Thank god this Sour Al is almost gone, the high is great but it makes me extra stupid!

I'm moving out there and need a rental. I can't buy a house when I don't know how the area is. I have Money to buy from the house I just rehabbed just need to experience the location
