My pots are 10 gallon. I top water about 2 cups i guess. Never measured it , i put it in a hand pump foliar sprayer and just mist it into the surface...

I've been using it as a late-night smoke and it allows me to focus on having a good rest when going to sleep, instead of letting my head think about whatever and depriving me of sleep hours.
Sometimes i do some breathing and mindfulness exercises when going to sleep. This smoke seems to allow me to focus on achieving that. Like: "Ok, now i'm breathing and about to get a good rest, not the time to think about problems i cant' resolve from bed".
