grow #2 need lil advice

Well i finished my first plant got bout 4 oz's because of its stunted growth during vegging ...im on my second grow now plants 4 days old in a 18oz party cup under a 40w 6500k cfl....when? and what neuts should i give it?...and when should i transplant it to its final 2 gallon planter?

Transplant it after about 3 weeks, than when it gets established, feed it, after 3-5 days.

No feeding yet unless you're in a soilless medium. Shopping for nutrients is fun (and expensive). Spend some quality time at the websites of Fox Farms, Botanicare, Advanced Nutrients and so on. Pick a program and stick to the feeding schedule. You do have a PH tester, don't you? If you're goals and financial resources put you in the Ghetto or Hillbilly class of grower you can use Miracle Grow but not yet. MG is too hot for young plants. Transplant in 7 to 10 days when the plant is looking strong and healthy.

yea its in soil, and i do have a ph tester... plants 5 days old and havent given it a thing..what nuets whould you suggest that i pick up during the veg stage?
