3 runs later. Learned to use approx 2grams per gallon. Under CMH lighting, using bagged canna coco. If I do not use calmag....I get cal and mag deficiencies. I also supplement with cob lighting during flower. Running the MegaCrop dosage as they suggest.
On the calmag....week 4 of flower I start to taper off and stop using it by end of week 5. YMMV. Happy grows!
2gr/Gal of what? The greenleafs clmg?

I have found these charts very useful for experimenting. Thanks a lot for continuing to post these. In veg using straight MC I have found going over 680 ppms gives me N tox and also the leaves edges curl up intensely. The N tox makes your plants look hungry for more..dont be a noob and add more. I find it fuckin crazy in this thread people sayin they give their plants 1300 and 1600 ppms of this shit lol...
Lol, thanks for saying this. Very interesting. I was recommended by GLN to increase from 1.3-1.4g/L because they didn't look like they were reaching toxicity levels. I just couldn't do it, I lowered the MC, added 200ppm CalMg and we'll see what happens. I don't think I should need 800+ppm in veg (late/extended veg included).

Is that 680ppm of just MC, what was the starting ppm - tap or ro?
When you saw leaf edges curl up intensely do you mean that type of ruffling on the entire perimeter of the leaf (that some strains just do, not saying yours is this case) because I see a little of that too. I see purple petioles, even leaf downward curl/droop, and odd leaf growth - like weird curling leaf blades (some places).
They kinda do look 'hungry'. Do you have a pic(s) of this?

Thanks.

Lol, wow - now I've seen about 6 different labels. This one has .07% Boron. Incredible.

I've seen that, but it doesn't match Greenleaf's web site. In this picture it shows 9 - 6 - 17, with Ca 5.6, Mg 1.9.

Ok, you need to go to the picture of the label and use the magnifier.

How many versions are there?? I'm beginning to think Greenleaf is a bit careless with the numbers they put out.
They totally are, it's starting to go from annoying to comical. But at the same time, it's really not funny at all. I can't get a straight answer from them either.

For kicks....worked up this Jacks 321 clone mix.
MC numbers are from their website calculator.

Keeping the MC base as high as possible, which also keeps the micro nutrient levels up.

I remember being the first to suggest on splitting Mega crop into a 2 part like Jacks, they just brushed me off and said MG v2 was perfect, Now they realize I was right.
I have read that the amount of N in MegaCrop is too high for the flowering stage.
Would that problem be solved if it would come in a 2 part version?

Yes.
But you can, at least in theory, lower the current version of MC and ad P and or K in flower if you want.

Different than the label they directed me to. And different than what's on the newest bag I've seen. They also said the website label images on the product page were the current/up to date ones. Yet they're both different label percentages. One of them is the same as your bag, but I was told the other one (on their page, the 9.5-7-1) is the current one.

What's it actually look like? I've heard that's the best way to tell. Can you take a picture?
