Thats a chunk a change for sum regs.. Im sure its good smoke but idk how a couple keepers out of white labels turns into $175 for a pack of regs o_O
cap seeds are 350. CSI are 100 or more, i guess if you gotta it, you'll spend it. Be worth it. if not, I guess go with Nirvana. GH sucks and always has. just sayin. If you knew anything about the breeder, his crew and the fact the strain has been around for 15 yrs plus speaks for itself. But you git your opinion, lol. Maybe you oughta ask around or do some research first, just sayin. Its easy to find. I'd get that CC deal cleaned up if I was you, lmfao

Delta 9 labs used to have my favorite white widow. They selected for a 10 week, more sativa dominant traits than most widows.

Edit: holy shit, these white widow seeds are $20 for a 5 pack... They must have cut the price in half recently since i last eyeballed those. Im buying a pack :D ill be back here in 6 months with a smoke report.

They have a stellar sativa dominant Sensi-Star called "superstar". Both are really good. I want to breed using the superstar in the future. Excellent headstone, very euphoric/giggly kind of high.

Im waiting on sum csi packs as we speak.. I got my last pack of fts for $80 and paid 100 a piece for the one Im waiting on.. got my rado beans for under $100.. and those were all fem packs.. dont own nirvana or GH so I cant speak on them personally but I'll take your word.. I dont really give 2 fucks about the breeder or crew if they sell packs of regs for $175 a pop.. I'd go buy some more Bodhi or support sum chuckers before I'll jump out that window.. Hell, I'd order a cap cut for $100 before Id buy a $350 pack of his seeds.. Im not sum nut swinger who gets caught up on a certain breeder etc. Maybe I'll buy $350 worth of white labels and see if I can find something I can find sum idiots (not callin you an idiot) to buy for almost $200 a pack of regs.. then in 15 years we can say "hey its been around for 15 years.. just like fuckin barneys fuckn farm seeds.. that means we must be fuckin awesome" :P

I get it, you think theyre the cats pajamas (Im sure they're very lovely beans that grow sum bomb bud).. and maybe they are. To me they are simply overpriced cannabis seeds :dunce:

idk what cc deal you're talking about but Ive got plenty of those too so not sure what the lmfao is bout..

The reasons growers buy these packs it’s not that they’re marketed for the home consumer, they’re targeting specific markets; aficionados, as well as growers for dispensaries who offer exclusive strains, and producers for nurseries (clones/pheno hunters)

apologies. Bad back day. Just knew dude personally fore he passed and we talked bout many of the old TRC strains, his methods, etc. Nothing special I reckon, a good plant picker. I just let it rile me, 2 packs isn't six, as far as that method goes, I believe that's how Bog found his main breeder plant. And anyone that knows anything about good growers and plant pickers, they know Texas Kid and his work.At least it looks like Duke Diamond, Mosca, and some other do. At any rate, the snap cut loose fore I could grab it, sorry bout that.

ya I saw that.. if someones willing to pay it, more power to them. Its one thing to pay for a cut that you know what you're getting.. you just dont ever know what you're gonna get with seeds.

Old thread. But.......Greenhouse smokes just like the old school. The tissy fit about Shantibaba and Arjan is a bunch of hype. Arjan is a legendary breeder from the same era as Ken Estes. Shantibaba was riding coattails and learning from Arjan while hyping himself in the underground as this mastermind breeder to jump ship and start his own seed company while also stealing some parents in the process. I'm not paying twice as much for regular beans that could turn up ALL male for the same genetics. And they are the SAME genetics. Greenhouse and Mr. Nice have the legit white widow. You just get it feminised and at half the price from Greenhouse. Smoke some other strains that were put out by Arjan and the late Franco then burn some other strains from Mr. Nice and you'll soon figure out who the master breeders are and were (RIP Franco)

Now that is funny. Arjan was a nobody with zero grow knowledge while Shanti was building a legendary seed company at the time. Nice try to rewrite history... Now Arjan likes to introduce his boof in the wild to ruin beautiful landraces that have been in their respective areas for thousands of years. Terrible dude who is terrible for cannabis in general.

So is that why you can never get your hands on Arjan's Haze #2? Maybe super lemon haze is just a dud as well as Exodus Cheese. If you haven't tried Franco's Lemon Cheese. That one is shit as well apparently. Another one brainwashed by poorly written history I guess. Where is Shantibaba arguing the claims? Why didn't he keep the name white widow if it was all his work? Thought I was done.....I am not. For being a nobody with no skills, the dude has an awful lot of misc cup wins. And a lot of the greenhouse stuff flies off the shelves. I've never heard Shantibaba's side of the story because he apparently doesn't do public anything. ever. Also, strain hunters wasn't going in and destroying anything. Fucking Franco Loja DIED from Malaria helping people get clean drinking water. The were hunting for landrace strains. They weren't going in and spreading random pollen or chopping down fields. you dick

I need to reset a bit here. I have no disrespect for the work the Scott and Nevil do. They did the same exact thing that people saw on strain hunters with Arjan and Franco. it's just not documented on a TV series. Scott has an interview with WOS where he talks about his adventures on 5 continents chasing landrace genetics and no mention of him giving back to the communities that hooked him up though. So to dis Arjan and Franco was pretty unfair. Yes, Arjan is money minded but he's been at this for 30+ years too and is not a nobody. You say Arjan Roskam in a conversation and people know who the hell you're talking about in our world. You say Scott Blakey and people are a bit less apt to know who it is. Arjan is a salesman. He's damned good at it too considering that he has the market in a LOT of countries for letting out good stable genetics and not having a plant herm in the flower room and calling the offspring whatever it pollinated a new strain. There is a lot of that shit in the 'breeding' world now days. Also a lot of genetics being straight ripped off. People are selfing genetics that other breeders worked their asses off on for years, changing the name and taking credit far more often now than ever before. Then also are calling themselves breeders. That's the bullshit out there. The rift between Arjan and Scott is ancient history and there are two sides to every story. Unfortunately one or the other or both are bullshitting everyone and there is even more to the story than the public will ever get to know anything about. As far as rewriting history, not even close. Just what I heard from people who were close to the situation when it went down. But, the people were friends of Arjan. So I very well could be misinformed. But, being that I'm a nobody and a noob. . . or whatever it is y'all want to call me. Try not to be dicks in the future. I don't come on here posting dumb fucking questions that have been asked ten thousand times. I normally come on and try to answer some if I have an answer. I just disagree wholeheartedly that GHSC is a shitty company. I've had nothing but great genetics from them.

Wall of text from a real hippy, GHSC make s1 of American genetics... Hilarious that you even mentioned that while trying to defend them

Sharon White Widow x C99fem from Dominion Seed Co. Super Vigorous. Real easy to grow so far. Nearing end of week 3, still stretching and throwing more budsites.

I'll touch on this one first. I just finished a GH Exodus Cheese and it's an excellent strain. Very potent and tasty.

Seedsman has an article on the Origins of White Widow
https://www.seedsman.com/uk-en/blog/the-history-of-white-widow-marijuana-strain

My original experience with White Widow was a freebie from Dutch Passion back in 2011. It put everything I'd grown up to then to shame and still does and I'm at 40th generation of clone of clone and it is still better than anything I grow or am turned on to. I ordered three more batches from DP and none as good as the freebie, but very similar to the others breeders I've grown. I recently made some seeds of her and I'm growing one out now. If she's as potent as her mom, I'm going to try to contact a good breeder to see if they are interested in her, It's my diamond in the rough. Anything I've crossed her with is like turbo charging that strain.

As far as the GH White Widow goes it was a nice plant, reasonably potent and very similar even in taste to the other WW's I've grown from Ministry of Cannabis, Seedsman, Dinafem and three different batches from Dutch Passion, they were all similar but not even close to the potency of my legendary Widow
