so for the past few days, its been cold, like mid 50's during the day and low 40's at night. will four days of cold be a problem? the plant hasn't showed any discoloration, but the stems are freezing. its still super healthy, and green. on friday its supposed to be warming up, and all week supposed to be nice. will this extreme temp change, effect it alot? and could this cause it to turn hermie? its in week 7 of flowering:confused:

how can stems be freezing if the temperatures havent dropped below 32 degrees f ??????

also 7 weeks into flowering the sex has been determined a long time ago. temp has nothing to do with plant going hermie, its all about then pollenation.

i know im a noob but from what i read, the cold temps really help shock the plant into budding mode.

i didnt mean literally freezing, just very cold to the touch! i heard of people saying that there plants turned hermie even after sex was determined, and they were not pollinated. all well i believe she will make it.

i have been growing this plant for a while, i guess im just trippin. i really just want it to finish. Co. has crazy weather and it could do anything. i just dont want a FREAK snow out of the blue. on the 28 it will be 56 days flowering. i think i want to go to the 8th of october apparently our first frost.

well i am in new england and i want to go as long as possible too, but we could get a frost any time now in the next few weeks. just gotta keep an eye on the forecast.
