really new to this. don't even have everything needed yet. have light. getting pump just don't know what pump to get, read too many conflicting things on net. does aero pump need to have 50+lbs of pressure. if not pump is easy. using rubbermaid tote for res and grow box. really aren't sure about nutes. trying to stay as simple as i can the aero is hard enough. any real help would be greatly appreciated. :weed:

i don't understand why a first time grower such as yourself(i assume its your first grow) is looking into growing using such a complicated method. you could save yourself a lot of time and money doing a soil/coco grow and learn more exotic growing methods as you go along.
you can grow great mj using soil and miracle grow nutes if you want to.

i'm not saying what you are doing is stupid or even wrong for that matter, i just don't understand why you would want to make things so complicated on your first time around.

good luck whatever you do and sorry i couldn't contribute in a positive manner.

If you don't know what type of nutes to use, you aren't going to fair very well with aeroponics. They're not like ridiculously insanely hard to operate, but they're definitely one of the most complicated methods that require a TON of system monitoring and really good understanding of basic hydroponics to begin with. I'd agree with the others and say start with some soil/coco or even just a simple hydro instead of aero. If you are 100% set on aeroponics and it's your first time, buy a very basic premade kit and learn the ins and outs of it that way. Once you see how things work build your own!

Just my 2 cents ;P
