any1 use green spec bulbs for when lights are of, i heard they don't interrupt the plant while been in darkness?

no, no one does tht because the plant doesnt use green light..and it wud def interrupt the dark period.

I would have to disagree with you Dutch. Green spectrum cfl's are a good way to check your garden during the dark period as plants dont "see" the green spectrum. It does not interupt the dark period. Lots of growers use green lights during lights off.

my bro leaves his green cfl on all the time during dark. it hasnt had any neg effect. i just got one myself for those times i gotta get in there.
